Quick Fixes

Most issues resolve with these checks:

  1. Verify the share link. Make sure it opens on Sora and begins with the expected pattern (e.g., https://sora.chatgpt.com/p/s_...).
  2. Wait a moment after creating a new link. After you generate a fresh share link, wait 10–15 seconds before pasting it here so the source CDN is ready.
  3. Refresh your session if quota looks stale. Signed-in users can refresh inside the dashboard; your quota window resets 24 hours after the first use in a cycle.
  4. Try another browser or desktop mode. On iOS Safari, use Request Desktop Site or switch to Chrome if downloads stall.
  5. Basic hygiene. Update to the latest Chrome/Edge/Firefox/Safari, disable aggressive ad-blockers for our domain, and retry on a different network if possible.

Billing & Quota Questions

  • Plans & limits. Anonymous users get 2 removals per day. Sign in with Google to get up to 3 per day. Pro plans include priority processing and higher daily limits. You can review your subscription and usage any time in the dashboard.
  • If something looks wrong. Email us the email address tied to your account and a short description; we’ll investigate quickly.
  • Cancellations. You can manage or cancel your plan via the Stripe customer portal link in your receipt, or write to [email protected].
